Overview
Quad biking on real sand dunes is a very different experience from riding on stony tracks. In Merzouga, guides take you along the edges of Erg Chebbi and onto the dunes, adapting the route to your confidence and experience.
Rides usually last one or two hours. Longer rides can explore the outer dunes and reach viewpoints for sunset. The activity starts with a briefing and practice on flat sand. Riding on dunes requires attention, so always follow your guide’s line and speed.
