Overview

Moulay Yacoub is a small hillside town about 20 kilometres north-west of Fes, famous throughout Morocco for its hot, sulphur-rich spring water. Moroccan families have come here for generations to bathe in the waters, which are traditionally believed to ease joint and skin problems.

Visitors can choose between the traditional public baths, separated by gender, and a modern thermal spa with pools and treatments. It is a relaxing half day after the intensity of the Fes medina. Please note that we do not make medical claims about the waters; consult a doctor if you have a health condition.
