Overview
This one-way tour crosses Morocco from the Strait of Gibraltar to Marrakech. After a night in Chefchaouen and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, you reach Fes, then head south across the Middle Atlas to the Sahara.
Following a camel ride and a night at camp in Erg Chebbi, the route turns west through the Todra Gorge and the Dades Valley, past the Valley of Roses and Ait Ben Haddou, and over the High Atlas to Marrakech. It is the most efficient way to see the north, the desert and the south in a single trip.

Tangier – Chefchaouen
Drive to Chefchaouen and explore the blue medina. Night in Chefchaouen.

Visit Volubilis on the way to Fes. Night in Fes.

Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Merzouga desert camp
Cross the Middle Atlas and the Ziz Valley. Camel ride and a night in the dunes.

Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Sunrise, then west to the Todra Gorge and the Dades Valley.

Valley of Roses, Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou and the High Atlas crossing to Marrakech.
