What data we collect
When you use a booking, tailor-made or contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, preferences and your message. We also record the page from which the form was sent. Your IP address is used temporarily, in a hashed form, to limit spam.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, if you book, organise your trip with the necessary suppliers (accommodation, drivers, guides, activity providers). The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in the administration area of this WordPress website and sent by email to our team. Access is limited to authorised staff.
WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp service, operated by WhatsApp/Meta, under its own privacy policy. Information you send us there is used to answer your request.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting booking, and then for the period required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
