These terms govern the use of this website. The specific conditions of each trip (inclusions, price, payment and cancellation) are set out in the written quotation accepted by the traveller, which takes precedence.

Website content

Itineraries, durations and descriptions on this website are given for information and inspiration. Driving times are approximate. Programs can change because of weather, road conditions or availability. Photographs are illustrative and do not necessarily show the exact accommodation or vehicles of your trip.

Requests and bookings

Submitting a form is a request for information and does not constitute a booking. A booking exists only after written confirmation by Tours Desert Marrakech under the terms of the accepted quotation. See Booking & Payment Information and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Travellers’ responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, appropriate travel insurance and informing us of any health condition relevant to activities. Instructions from drivers, guides and activity staff must be followed for safety.

Intellectual property

Texts, logo and design of this website belong to Tours Desert Marrakech. Photographs come from free licensed image libraries (Unsplash) and remain subject to their licence.
