How cancellations, changes and refunds are handled.
The exact cancellation and refund conditions that apply to your trip are stated in your written quotation and confirmation. Please read them before you accept a quotation.
Cancellation by the traveller
If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible. Any cancellation fees depend on how close to departure you cancel and on costs already committed to suppliers such as hotels, camps and activity providers, as set out in your quotation.
Changes to a booking
We always try to accommodate changes of dates or itinerary. Changes depend on availability and may modify the price.
Changes or cancellation by us
Exceptional circumstances (weather, road closures, safety reasons, decisions by the authorities) can require us to modify an itinerary or an activity. In that case we propose the closest possible alternative. If a service cannot be provided, we explain the available options.
Weather-dependent activities
Activities such as hot air balloon flights depend on the weather and are decided by the operator for safety. Rescheduling or refund conditions are confirmed in your quotation.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation.
