Booking & Payment Information
How a request becomes a confirmed trip with Tours Desert Marrakech.
1. Your inquiry
Send a request using the form on a tour, day trip or activity page, the tailor-made form, the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Each form request receives a reference number. Sending a request does not create a booking or reserve any service.
2. Your written proposal
We reply with a written quotation describing the itinerary, accommodation, included and excluded services, the price and the applicable payment and cancellation conditions. You can ask for changes until the proposal suits you.
3. Confirmation
Your trip is booked only when you accept the quotation and we confirm the booking in writing (email or WhatsApp), together with any payment step required by the quotation.
4. Payment
The accepted payment methods, any deposit amount and the due date for the remaining balance are stated in your written quotation. We never ask for card details through the forms on this website.
5. Changes
If you need to change your dates, number of travellers or itinerary after confirmation, contact us as soon as possible. We will tell you what is possible and whether the change affects the price.
